Filing appeals to the Constitutional Court of BiH for violations of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the European Convention on Human Rights and fundamental freedoms. Appeal is made in accordance with the highest standards, and any appeal to the Constitutional Court of BiH will contain all substantiated requests in accordance with the practices applied by the European Court of Human Rights in Srasbourg and whose decisions are binding for all institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
